About The Position
Intermountain Health is seeking a collaborative, sharp, and autonomous clinician to join its inpatient medicine team in the Salt Lake Valley on an as-needed basis. The role is intended to provide local, periodic coverage. It is not a locums position and does not include travel, accommodations, or meal coverage. Local candidates from within Utah will be prioritized. The Hospitalist provides medical expertise to support patients in living the healthiest lives possible. The position is based at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah, and has 0 scheduled weekly hours. The hourly rate is listed as $7.25–$999.99, with the actual rate dependent on experience. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
- Current BLS certification before the first day of employment.
