About The Position

Intermountain Health is seeking a collaborative, sharp, and autonomous physician to join the inpatient medicine team at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, on an as-needed basis. The role is intended for local, periodic coverage and is not a locums position; travel, accommodations, and meal coverage are not included. Local candidates from within Utah will be prioritized. The position is allocated for a board-certified or board-eligible physician and requires Internal Medicine residency training. The physician must hold an active, unobstructed Utah medical license or be able to obtain one, complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process, and have current BLS certification before the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is generally unavailable. Requirements

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
Residency training in Internal Medicine.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
Current BLS certification before the first day of employment.
