About The Position

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and assisting with parking and retrieving their vehicles. They provide directions and anticipate guests’ needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This full-time role is located in Duluth, Minnesota, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $21.00–$22.00 per hour, including tips. The employer welcomes bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking candidates with experience working with Spanish-speaking communities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 3 years of continuous driver's license experience; suspended or expired licenses within the last 3 years are not allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol- or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
• Positive teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• Successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; experience working with Spanish-speaking communities is welcomed.
