About The Position

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests and help create an exceptional guest experience. They greet guests warmly, assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, provide directions, and anticipate guests’ needs. The position is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no evenings or weekends. The pay range is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, including tips. The role is located at Trinity in Chicago, Illinois.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 3 years of continuous driver’s license experience; suspended or expired licenses within the past 3 years are not allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No major moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No alcohol- or drug-related violations in the past 3 years.
• Positive teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company’s motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills; experience working with Spanish-speaking communities is welcomed.
