About The Position

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests at a healthcare organization. They greet guests warmly, assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, provide directions, and anticipate guests’ needs to deliver an exceptional experience. The position is listed as part-time and offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Compensation is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, including tips. The role involves walking, standing, and jogging, working in inclement weather, carrying items, and pushing guest wheelchairs.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
At least 3 years of continuous driver’s license experience; suspended or expired licenses within the last 3 years are not allowed.
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
No alcohol- or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company’s motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
Positive teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
Successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
Tolerance for inclement weather.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods.
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.

Bilingual English and Spanish; experience working with Spanish-speaking communities is welcomed.
