About The Position

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a smile and warm greeting. They assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles, provide directions, and anticipate guest needs to deliver an exceptional experience. The role is based in Grafton, Wisconsin, and works Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at $18.00–$19.00 per hour, including tips. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates and candidates with experience working with Spanish-speaking communities are welcomed.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
At least 3 years of continuous driver’s license experience; suspended or expired licenses within the last 3 years are not allowed.
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
No alcohol- or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
Possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
Positive teamwork mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
Tolerance for inclement weather.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods.
Successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
