Hospital Manager II
About The Position
Under policy direction from the Field Manager, with support and input from the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager performs a wide range of difficult-to-complex administrative activities that support effective hospital business operations. These activities relate to providing quality patient care and excellent client service; managing finances and accounting; marketing and promoting services; staffing and human resources; and discretionary activities. The position description outlines the general nature and level of work and is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications. Management may revise the description or assign other tasks when circumstances change, such as during emergencies or changes in personnel, workload, or technical development.
