Hospice Team Assistant
About The Position
Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides home care, facility-based, and inpatient hospice services to patients and their families. The hospice team supports patients and families through pain control and symptom management, as well as emotional, social, and spiritual support. The full-time Team Assistant supports daily operations to help ensure excellent patient care in accordance with government and corporate regulations. The position is based in the Valencia, Pennsylvania office and follows a Monday-Friday schedule with a weekend rotation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize scheduling operations.
- Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of hospice field operations is preferred but not necessary.
