About The Position

The Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager helps hospice patients spend quality time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy. The nurse builds trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families, educates caregivers to help them care for their loved ones, and collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. Requirements

• Active RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
