The Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager helps patients spend quality time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy. The role builds trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and their families, educates caregivers on caring for their loved ones, and collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. Requirements

• Active RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
