About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide compassionate care to hospice patients and support their families. The role focuses on helping patients spend meaningful time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy, building trusting relationships, educating caregivers, and collaborating with the care team to promote comfort, peace, and dignity. Requirements

Active RN license in the state where the employee works.
Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
Current driver’s license.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.
