About The Position
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide compassionate care to patients and support their families. The role helps patients spend meaningful time with loved ones and take part in activities they enjoy, while building trusting relationships and educating caregivers. The nurse collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. Requirements
- An active RN license in the state where the employee works.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
- A current driver's license.
- Current CPR and BCLS certification.
