About The Position

The Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager helps patients spend quality time with loved ones and participate in activities they enjoy. The nurse builds trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families, educates caregivers on caring for their loved ones, and collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements

• RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience is preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
