Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager
About The Position
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide compassionate hospice care and support to patients and their families. The role helps patients spend quality time with loved ones and participate in activities they enjoy, builds trusting relationships with patients and families, and educates caregivers on how to care for their loved one. Requirements
- RN license in the state where the employee works.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR and BCLS certification.
