About The Position

AHN Healthcare@Home is hiring a Registered Nurse for a hospice position serving patients in their homes in the Coraopolis, Pennsylvania area. The role provides end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life, working with an interdisciplinary team. The position includes travel to patient homes within an assigned territory and offers a $10,000 first-year success bonus tied to the accomplishment of key milestones. Field education and leadership support are provided.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the employee works.
Two years of RN experience and clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to spend approximately 20% of the workday driving to and from patient locations.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide symptom and pain management.
Develop individualized end-of-life care plans.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey.
Think critically and solve problems in real time.
Complete thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
Work independently while collaborating with the care team.
Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.
