About The Position

The Hospice Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life for hospice patients. Working at the center of an interdisciplinary care team, the RN builds trusted relationships with patients, families, physicians, and teammates and contributes to care planning and coordination. The position includes comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual assessments; education and support for patients and caregivers; and clear, accurate documentation. The nurse may participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed and is expected to engage in ongoing learning and professional development.

This is a PRN, as-needed role requiring approximately 4–6 shifts per month, covering Burnsville, Apple Valley, and surrounding areas. The stated pay is $40–$45 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities
