Hospice Marketing/Executive Director
About The Position
Concho Hearts Hospice is growing and seeking an experienced Hospice Marketing/Executive Director to join their team in the Brownsville area. The organization's mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families wherever they call home. This role is for a strong leader with hospice experience who is passionate about building relationships, developing teams, and growing a program that serves its community. The position blends leadership, business development, and a heart for people, offering the opportunity to build a team, grow referral partnerships, and lead a hospice location with the support of an experienced leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required (marketing, leadership, or operations).
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A heart for serving patients and families.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout the community.
- Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area.
- Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission.
- Lead educational in-services and outreach events.
- Help families understand hospice services and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth care transitions.
- Support your location's growth and success through strong leadership.
