Hospice Marketer/Executive Director
About The Position
Concho Hearts Hospice is looking to expand its team. As an Executive Director, you will have the responsibility to build your own team and establish your own hospice location to serve your community. The Executive Director/Marketer serves as a leader in the overall organization management of the hospice agency. Key aspects of this role include developing people and processes, ensuring high-quality patient care, financial management, and business development. Concho Hearts Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate care in the comfort of the patient's home. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Doctors provide symptom management and patient and family support during end-of-life illnesses. We are locally owned and operated, ensuring timely and loving care for your loved ones.
Requirements
- Hospice Marketing experience of 2+ years.
Responsibilities
- Develops various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.
- Consistently visits, communicates with, and monitors provider, community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
- Conducts educational in-services and community outreach to promote superior hospice care services.
- Educates patients and their families about hospice expectations.
- Works closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to a home.
- Ensures operation and compliance standards for patient care.
- Manages Human Resources.
