About The Position

Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an enthusiastic Hospice Liaison to join our Sales Team! This position is full-time and the coverage area is around Long Beach area. The role involves acting as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process, establishing and maintaining a network of referral sources to achieve census and program goals, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to promote the Reliance vision and mission. The position also requires proactively seeking potential clients and families for hospice services and coordinating the referral process for new patients.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field
• Hospice experience highly preferred
• Current and valid driver's license
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building
• B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
• Marketing: 2 years (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Spanish or Tagalog speaker preferred
• Hospice: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process.
• Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the agency are achieved and maintained.
• Support the team in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Reliance vision and mission statement.
• Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services.
• Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services.
