About The Position
This is a full-time, day shift position (8am-8pm) that requires driving to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area. The role involves providing one-on-one care at the bedside for patients who are actively declining. As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN, you will provide care for patients and families in homes/facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN.
Requirements
- Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
