About The Position

This is a full-time night shift position (8pm-8am) that requires driving to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area. The role involves providing 1:1 care at the bedside for patients who are actively declining. As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN, you will provide care for patients and families in homes or facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN.

Requirements

Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
CPR Certified.
Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen.

Nice To Haves

One year of nursing experience preferred.
