About The Position

As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace. This is a FT night shift position, 7pm-7am Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun. This is a driving position delivering care to patients living in facilities and homes within Ohio's Hospice South region.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• CPR Certified
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage

Nice To Haves

• Two years acute care nursing experience preferred
• Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred; required within two years of employment. (Eligible upon completion of 500 hours in last 12 months of hospice/palliative experience.)
