About The Position
National Church Residences Home Health division located in Columbus, Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Hospice LPN who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a vocational school of practical nursing
- Current Nurse License
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience preferred.

- Provide hospice nursing care as an LPN.
