About The Position

This is a part-time night shift position (8pm-8am) that requires driving to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area. The role involves providing 1:1 care at the bedside for patients who are actively declining. As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN, you will provide care for patients and families in homes/facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN.

Requirements

• Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• One year of nursing experience preferred.
