About The Position

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community partners and help make the organization their hospice of choice. The role focuses on promoting the compassionate, high-quality care provided to patients and families across the Fort Worth/Arlington territory. The liaison will work independently, spend time in the community rather than behind a desk, and identify opportunities to expand the organization’s market presence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Willingness to drive, with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in the assigned territory.
• Strategically identify opportunities to increase the organization’s presence in the market.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, referral sources, and competitors.
