About The Position

All Saints Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison in Lake Charles, Louisiana, covering the Lake Charles area. The Community Liaison serves as the organization’s representative to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families, promoting hospice services and helping connect patients with needed support. The role combines healthcare sales and outreach, community engagement, relationship building, education, referral coordination, and administrative work.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. The Community Liaison works with the care team to support smooth patient referrals and quality care, while representing the mission and values of All Saints Hospice. All Saints Hospice, an affiliate of Adoration Health, aims to meet patients’ spiritual, social, and clinical needs with compassion, respect, sensitivity, hope, and dignity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach.
• At least 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Current and valid state driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with people at all organizational levels and in the communities served.
• High standards of customer service and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing.
• Experience working with CRM systems and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the organization.
• Track and manage outreach activity in the CRM system.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals about hospice benefits and available support.
• Coordinate with the care team to help ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports, documentation, and administrative tasks on time.
• Follow healthcare rules and regulations.
