About The Position

Constellation Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Hospice Program. This is a 32-hour-per-week position serving Rockland/Camden, Maine, with travel to locations within an assigned territory. The CNA assists with personal care and supports patients and families while working cooperatively with them. Hospice aide services are ordered by a physician and provided under the supervision of a registered nurse. The Hospice Aide will be trained in safe and appropriate techniques for personal hygiene and grooming, including bed, sponge, and shower baths, as well as shampooing hair in a sink, tub, or bed. The role requires a current driver's license, willingness to drive, and reliable transportation. Requirements

Successfully complete a state-approved CNA training and competency evaluation program.
Maintain an active CNA license in good standing.
Have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
Have reliable transportation.
Basic knowledge of the iOS operating system.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience; hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
