About The Position

Jefferson at Home by BAYADA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Hospice Clinical Manager in its Horsham, Pennsylvania hospice office. The team provides hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes and assisted living communities. This leadership role supports clinical excellence, mentors nurses and field clinicians, and helps ensure patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality care.

The position combines clinical oversight with staff development. The manager conducts client assessments and supervisory visits, provides clinical guidance to field staff, and supports orientation, onboarding, education, and training. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with opportunities to develop clinical and management skills and advance professionally.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for supporting patients and families and helping other clinicians grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses and field clinicians in delivering hospice care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits with adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide clinical guidance and ongoing support to field staff.

• Coordinate and deliver ongoing staff education, clinical training, and in-service programs.
