About The Position

Jefferson at Home by BAYADA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical staff in its Horsham, Pennsylvania hospice office. The team provides hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes and assisted living communities. The Hospice Clinical Manager supports clinical excellence, mentors nurses and field clinicians, and helps ensure patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality care. The role includes leadership, staff development, clinical guidance, client assessments, and supervisory visits.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for supporting patients and families and helping other clinicians grow professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses and field clinicians delivering hospice care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits with adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide clinical guidance and ongoing support to field staff.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired clinicians.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing staff education, clinical training, and in-service programs.
• Promote quality care, strong clinical practices, and a collaborative team environment.
