About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking an RN Hospice Clinical Director to provide leadership for its growing Hospice Division. The role offers the opportunity to shape the division’s future, influence strategy, and support compassionate, personalized, dignity-centered end-of-life care. The director leads across multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams, balancing growth with patient-centered care, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational accountability. The position also involves developing leadership staff and partnering with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision.

Requirements

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively, build consensus, and inspire trust.
• Strategic, organized, financially and operationally astute approach.
• Ability to navigate complexity and change, initiate improvements, and lead professional teams with diplomacy and empathy.
