As a Warranty Customer Care Manager, you will place the customer’s satisfaction with their residential Fischer Home construction warranty at the center of all you do. If you are a passionate problem solver who seeks out the best strategic intervention, you will find success in this role. The most rewarding part of this role is putting the finishing touches on the customer’s new homes as they finish up their 1 year warranty period. You will thrive in this role if you: Enjoy working with customers and providing excellent customer service, even when that isn’t giving them everything they may ask for. Possess a process-oriented approach to troubleshooting. Seek out the root causes of issues to develop the most efficient and appropriate solutions. Leverage team collaboration to complete tasks.
