About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Representative. This role involves providing technical support and customer service to our dealer and retail base via phone and email. Additionally, the position will offer production support, assist with problem resolution, and develop troubleshooting documents. The ideal candidate will learn the product line from frame to final assembly.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
- Experience in the Industry as well as other Manufacturing Processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email).
- Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email).
- Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution.
- Develop Troubleshooting documents.
