About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, practical household assistance, and support with daily activities. Caregivers follow individual care plans, document daily care notes in a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Right at Home provides training, ongoing support, and caregiver-to-client matching.
Requirements
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transportation.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
- Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with the office team.
