Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably working directly with consumers in their homes.
  • Comfortable using company-furnished technology.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Knack for building rapport with people.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail sales is a desired plus.
  • Trade knowledge is not required as a tool will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Driving new sales and building a strong referral base.
  • Visually inspecting homes, listening to customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions in person.
  • Educating customers on the value of products and services, and offering financing options.
  • Actively managing sales pipeline and driving referrals to grow business in a regional territory.
  • Representing Edelman with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
