Edelman is seeking a Home Solutions Advisor to join their growing team. This role focuses on building lasting relationships by providing comprehensive, honest solutions for customers' HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. No prior trade knowledge is required as a tool will be provided.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably working directly with consumers in their homes.
• Comfortable using company-furnished technology.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build rapport with people.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail sales is a desired plus.

Responsibilities

• Driving new sales and building a strong referral base.
• Visually inspecting homes, listening to customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions in person.
• Educating customers on the value of products and services, and offering financing options.
• Actively managing the sales pipeline and driving referrals to grow business in a regional territory.
• Representing Edelman with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
