About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations, customer service, and operational performance. The role oversees accurate, timely order completion and helps deliver a seamless pickup and delivery experience while supporting customer satisfaction and digital sales growth. It is a fast-paced, hands-on position with responsibility for the team and the store’s fulfillment results. The manager coordinates fulfillment from picking and staging through dispensing and, where applicable, delivery coordination. They use Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems; monitor performance metrics; plan labor and schedules; and partner with other department leaders to address inventory issues. The manager also hires, trains, coaches, and develops associates and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, safety, and company operating standards. The role requires flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments. Responsibilities

Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
Monitor metrics including order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
