About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time while supporting customer satisfaction and digital sales growth. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with responsibility for the pickup and delivery experience and overall store success.

The manager coordinates the end-to-end fulfillment process, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable. The role also includes staffing and developing associates, managing schedules and performance, ensuring appropriate use of fulfillment technology, and maintaining food safety, sanitation, quality, and operational standards. Flexible availability is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments; travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver an excellent pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules based on order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
