About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital order fulfillment operations, bringing together customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership. The role oversees accurate and timely order completion and helps drive customer satisfaction and digital sales growth in a fast-paced, hands-on store environment.

The manager coordinates fulfillment from picking and staging through dispensing and delivery coordination where applicable. They monitor performance, plan staffing to meet demand, develop associates, resolve customer concerns, and partner with other department leaders on inventory availability. The role also ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, safety, and company operational standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
