About The Position
Always Best Care is a Honolulu-based Medicare-certified Home Health agency providing skilled services throughout Oahu. Our mission is to help kupuna and local families remain independent and comfortable in their homes. Our culture is built around aloha, kuleana, and treating every patient like ohana. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Oahu. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through personalized care.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii SLP license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- CCC-SLP preferred
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform speech-language pathology evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat swallowing disorders and communication impairments
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation
