About The Position

All Heart Home Care is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Home Health Scheduler. The role coordinates and maintains schedules for caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure clients receive uninterrupted, quality care. It requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare coordination, or customer service experience.
• Home health, hospice, or healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver and nursing visits based on client needs and employee availability.
• Monitor daily staffing needs and proactively fill open shifts.
• Manage schedule changes, call-offs, and emergency staffing situations.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Ensure staffing assignments comply with care plans and company policies.
• Track employee availability, credentials, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and clinical staff to address staffing needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist with other administrative and office duties as needed.
