About The Position

AHN Healthcare@Home is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania area. The role involves working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and traveling to patient homes within an assigned territory. The position offers up to $30,000 in bonus potential over the first three years, including a first-year success bonus, a sign-on bonus, and eligibility for monthly bonuses in years two and three. Bonus eligibility requires good standing, meeting performance expectations, and remaining in the role and status for which the employee was hired.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the employee works.
• One year of RN experience and clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of the workday driving to and from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in patients’ homes in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning.
• Educate patients and families about disease management and treatment plans.
• Use critical thinking and solve problems in real time.
• Complete thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.
