About The Position

Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to provide home health care to patients throughout Northwest Las Vegas. The position offers full-time or part-time, field-based opportunities for nurses who enjoy working independently, building relationships with patients, and providing care in patients’ homes. The team offers clinical leadership and administrative support.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous home health nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled nursing visits throughout Northwest Las Vegas.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
Provide wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable home health regulations.
