About The Position

Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to provide home health care to patients in Northeast Las Vegas. This part-time, field-based opportunity involves working independently, building relationships with patients, and providing one-on-one care in their homes. The company offers clinical and administrative support and resources to help nurses succeed.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health nursing experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits throughout Northeast Las Vegas.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
• Provide wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable home health regulations.
