About The Position

Northeast Georgia Home Health, an Adoration Health partner, is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Gainesville, Georgia, and the surrounding coverage area of Hall, Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Jackson, and Barrow Counties. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and includes participation in the local branch's on-call rotation as required.

The nurse assesses patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs; develops care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals; provides nursing care and symptom management; and supports patients' families and caregivers. The RN works independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining accurate, timely documentation.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in registered nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or other related settings.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities
