About The Position
ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a field-based position serving Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, and Hayward. The role offers autonomy and flexibility with the support of a dedicated in-house team, AI-powered charting tools, dedicated Administrative Coordinators, DME support, and individualized professional development. The goal is to enable clinicians to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork. The territory includes Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley & Hayward. The schedule is flexible, with autonomy in managing hours within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
