About The Position

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy in a home health context. The role combines compassionate, hands-on care with AI-powered documentation tools intended to improve documentation accuracy and efficiency and reduce after-hours work. Occupational Therapists help patients regain independence by delivering sessions focused on functionality and patient goals, while using technology to streamline clinical notes and compliance with care standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in the state or states of employment.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
