About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health provides private duty nursing, with one patient per shift rather than multiple short visits. Shift lengths can range from 4 to 12 hours. A sign-on bonus is offered: $2,000 for full-time work of 30 or more hours per week and $1,000 for part-time work of 29 or fewer hours per week.

Requirements

• Active LVN or RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based electronic medical records system.
