LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-to-one in-home skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in Sealy, Texas, and surrounding areas. The role includes administering medications and treatments, assessing patient condition, educating families and caregivers, and following each patient’s plan of care. The company describes itself as a family, clinically owned organization that has served the medically fragile community since 2000. It offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and clinical and team support. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with 8-, 10-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
