LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-to-one in-home skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in El Campo, Texas, and surrounding areas. The company describes itself as a family, clinically owned organization that has served the medically fragile community since 2000. Nurses provide care in patients’ homes, administer medications and treatments, assess patient condition, educate families and caregivers, and follow each patient’s plan of care. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, 24/7 clinical support, paid training, and access to a SIM lab. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with 8-, 10-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts based on availability. A resume must be submitted to be considered.
Requirements
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current CPR certification.

- Trach and/or ventilator experience.

Responsibilities
