About The Position

Talin Home Healthcare LLC is seeking multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurses to serve patients in the Fredericksburg/Stafford County area. Nurses deliver high-quality, personalized care in patients’ homes and work independently to build meaningful connections with patients. The role requires a commitment to working at least two days per week: Monday and either Wednesday or Friday.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel throughout the NOVA region.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient caseload.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Commitment to working a minimum of two days per week: Monday and either Wednesday or Friday.

Nice To Haves

Previous home health, hospital med-surg, or community nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Northern Virginia area.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and provide wound care, including wet and dry wound care and wound vac care, IV therapy, ostomy care, and other ordered clinical treatments.
Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
Educate patients and family members about disease management, medications, and home care techniques.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
